Amy is a fully licensed professional counselor with a passionate for working with adolescents, adults, and couples, guiding them through the challenges that impact their mental and relational well-being. With training in Marriage and Family Therapy, Amy has developed a deep understanding of how family dynamics influence emotional and relational health, specializing in the treatment of anxiety, depression, and relationship issues.

Amy’s goal is to empower clients to live fulfilling, purpose-driven lives, bringing creativity and resourcefulness to each session. Her therapeutic approach is primarily informed by Emotionally Focused Therapy, with integration of techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Emotionally Focused Therapy allows her to view clients holistically and focus on what matters most to each individual.

Through her work, Amy looks forward to helping clients gain a deeper understanding of themselves, their emotions, and the strength of their relationships.

Amy holds a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Richmont Graduate University, where she also studied Marriage and Family Therapy. In her free time, she enjoys spending time outdoors and kayaking, finding peace and relaxation in nature.
