Ashley Smith is a mental health therapist who specializes in working with individuals and families navigating a wide range of emotional and behavioral challenges. She provides psychotherapy for concerns including anxiety, mood and behavioral disorders, trauma, and life transitions, offering a supportive and collaborative environment for healing and growth.

Ashley holds two master’s degrees in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Community Psychology, and her academic training combined with years of field experience has shaped a thoughtful and effective clinical approach. She integrates evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), exposure-based techniques, and family systems work to help clients develop practical tools while addressing deeper patterns that may be contributing to distress.

Ashley takes a holistic and strengths-based approach to therapy, recognizing the connection between emotional health, relationships, and overall well-being. She is passionate about helping clients better understand themselves, build resilience, and move toward meaningful and lasting change.

Outside of her professional work, Ashley enjoys spending time with her husband and values the importance of connection and balance in everyday life.
